Damages / Lost In Transit

If your item is damaged in transit, please contact us for rectification with detailed images. If a replacement provided for your order, we will issue a refund. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.

If an item is lost in transit, the same remedies apply as damaged goods. Goods marked as delivered in this circumstance will not be eligible for shipping protection.
