Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for:

Buyers are responsible for any return shipping charges.

All products carry a 14-day replacement/repair warranty unless otherwise stated in the product description. Warranty only applies to product defects when received, and not damage from misuse, abuse, physical damage, liquid damage or daily wear and tear.Any replacement, exchange or return in regard to a product that has been disassembled or damaged by the customer will not be eligible for warranty coverage.

Any related damage, but is not limited to the disassembly of the product components, paint damage, hardware, and damage to internal circuitry and cabling will be at the cost to the customer.

Warranty does not apply if the product has been modified without permission of Joypop.Any returned item must be in its original condition as received otherwise the item will be refused .

All returns must also include the official retail box or packaging with attached serial numbers as these items are considered part of the product. Please contact us prior to returning an item to receive a return authorisation. All products to be returned must have a verified return authorisation from Joypop. Products sent back without a return authorisation will be refused.

Do not disassemble the items received unless the product description says otherwise. Unauthorised disassembly of the products received will void the warranty.

Refunds are accepted within 7 days for unused and unopened items.

A 15% restocking fee and the original shipping charges paid will be deducted from the refund. Please take the time to fully review product photos and item descriptions before making a purchase.
