- Our Prebuilt Joy-Con products use 100% BRAND NEW Joy-Con controllers procured from our local retail supplier.
- Our Prebuilt Joy-Con products DO NOT use preowned, used, restored or refurbished joy-con controllers or used OEM parts in any way.
- Each set of BRAND NEW Joy-Con controllers are disassembled by our trained technicians for customisation purposes ONLY.
- All of our products undergo a comprehensive post customisation testing phase to ensure the functionality of the product.
- Upon specific request, our Prebuilt Joy-Con products can include a white joystick modification. This particular modification uses a BRAND NEW OEM joystick that has been calibrated by our technicians to ensure full functionality.
- The backplate included is a DIY (Do it Yourself) console backplate that requires assembly onto your existing console. This means you will have to disassemble and remove the backplate from your original Nintendo switch in order to assemble your new backplate. we will also attach a step by step guide and a video link for you to follow. Tools for assembling the backplate will also be provided with your purchase.

Damages / Lost In Transit
If your item is damaged in transit, please contact us for rectification with detailed images. If a replacement provided for your order, we will issue a refund. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.
If an item is lost in transit, the same remedies apply as damaged goods. Goods marked as delivered in this circumstance will not be eligible for shipping protection.
